Atlas Apartments - Stage 2
As the second stage of Atlas Apartments, Stage 2 tower conveniently located at 52 Manning St, South Brisbane. Sharing the common area and state-of-the-are facilities with the Atlas Apartments Stage 1 tower, this 12-storey high-rise apartment tower consists of 93 units in total. There are 30 one-bed units, 62 two-bed units and 1 three-bed unit.
Level 13 rooftop on this tower is a communal area where residents in both Stage 1 and Stage 2 can enjoy the nature and the splendid outdoor life of South-east Queensland while overlooking the stunning Brisbane CBD skyline. This tower also shares the public facilitates such as the gym, outdoor lapping pool, outdoor shower, steam room, electric barbecues, outdoor / under-covered dinning area and yoga lawn on podium Level 3.
Construction work of Atlas Apartments Stage 2 commenced in August 2018 and this project has reached its completion in September 2019.

Atlas Apartments - Stage 1
Atlas Apartments project is a high-rise apartment tower located at 39 Cordelia Street, South Brisbane. This project consists of two multi-storey apartment towers which accommodates 209 units in total. Atlas Apartments - Stage 1 is a 14-storey tower includes 116 units in total. It accommodates 30 one-bed units, 73 two-bed units and 13 three+bed units. Common area on Podium Level 3 features a 25-meter lap pool, outdoor showers, steam room, sunbathing and yoga lawn, as well as two BBQ areas. There are 2-storey underground car parks and Level 2 podium level parking enables every unit would have their own parking spaces.
Construction work of Atlas Apartments Stage 1 commenced in October 2016 and it reached its completion in August 2018.

248 Padstow Road
248 Padstow Road Project is located in the same neighborhood as the highly successful development at 198 Padstow Road. All 29 townhouse in this project are 4 bedrooms, double garage, while 10 out of the total 29 townhouse are 3-storey apartment styled townhomes. The construction duration for this project is around 10 months. and this complex was completed by end of 2015.

198 Padstow Road
Padstow 198 is a modern, architecturally designed townhouse and unit complex situated in one of Brisbane's fastest growing suburbs – Eight Mile Plains.
