As-constructed Package
Following completion of the Works, including all Live Works, you will need to upload the complete As-Constructed Package in the form of a fully indexed consolidated PDF (with active index/directory). In the event that it is not possible to provide the As-Constructed Package in a single PDF file of less than 10MB, the package should be sub-divided into logical volumes of information. All volumes must be lodged at the same time and the order and number of volumes identified in the File Description field e.g. As-Constructed Package (Vol. 1 of 3) etc.
The As-Constructed Package will comprise:

□ A copy of the relevant aspects of the Design Package updated to reflect the as-constructed status of the Works and signed by a RPEQ
□ Details of any approved variation to the certified design including evidence that Queensland Urban Utilities has approved such variation
□ Completed Water Meter Installation Form (form available on the website) (if not already submitted) (Please lodge as a separate document)
□ Pipe-layer’s accreditation

□ Test results, including pressure tests, bacteriological tests and sewer camera inspection records (as relevant)
□ Product and material certificates and structural certificates (Major works, New Mains and Maintenance Hole)
□ Details of the party that will undertake maintenance activities during the maintenance phase and a schedule of maintenance activities to be
undertaken by the maintenance contractor (When bond in place)
□ Operations and maintenance manuals for the Works and details of training required and undertaken (as relevant)
□ Other documentation required to satisfy relevant Water Approval Conditions or as requested by Queensland Urban Utilities during the
design and/or construction phase.

For Minor Works, the Construction Certificate should be lodged by the Endorsed Consultant along with the As-Constructed Package in

To complete the lodgement process via the Development Services portal, please look up the relevant application (using “Look Up Application” or
“My Applications”), click “Edit” (in the Actions column of the search table), open the Attachments page by clicking “Edit” next to the attachments

Please note that if Infrastructure Charges have been levied in relation to your application, these and all other fees and charges must be paid prior
to Queensland Urban Utilities issuing the Connection Certificate.

About 2 months prior to the practical completion, contact QUU and request the itemised breakdown for the Infrastructure Charge Notice. The developer can only pay the ICN with the itemised breakdown.
